Connecting my CRM to FanBasis

To integrate your CRM with FanBasis using Zapier, follow these steps:

1. From your Dashboard, click on the Zapier tab located on the left-hand side.

2. Log in to your Zapier account when prompted.

3. Follow the instructions to connect FanBasis to your preferred CRM.

4. When connecting the FanBasis account through Zapier, please use the credentials for the admin account login (email used when signing up to FanBasis) as this only will pull the transaction data for security purposes!

Once connected, you can automate workflows — like syncing leads, customer data, or actions taken in FanBasis — with your CRM to streamline your operations.
